Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the following conditions:

  • Items must be sealed in their original packaging or never been used.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • A fixed return shipping cost of €12.90 applies, except for damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • You will not be charged any return shipping fees.
  • We will either ship a replacement at no cost or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
  • Please contact us with photos of the damaged item.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible products within 14 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Exchange shipping costs of €12.90

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support at support@posterbox.art with your order number.
  2. If the item is damaged, attach clear photos of the damage.
  3. Download and print the provided return label.
  4. Ship the item back using per post.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • The return shipping fee (€12.90) will be deducted from the refund amount, except for damaged or defective items.

What happens if I don’t pick up my package?

If your package is not collected and is returned to us, a €12.90 fee will be charged to cover shipping and handling.
